Green Dragon Energy conducts a range of courses dealing with all aspects of renewable energy on a regular basis at various locations in the UK and Europe:
A
SUSTAINABLE ENERGY EUROPE event
This 5-day course in Berlin will explore the role of renewable energy in the urban and semi-urban environment. Germany is the world's renewable energy leader - 5% of its exports are in the field of energy technology. The course will include numerous visits to renewable energy installations in Berlin - PV systems, solar thermal systems, heat pumps, bioenergy plants, low-energy and passive solar buildings.
The seminar is designed for those in the business, non-profit, public and academic sectors who wish to get a comprehensive introduction to renewable energy technologies, especially those which can be used in urban and semi-urban environments.
The emphasis is on how things work and what it is practicable to do. On completion of the seminar participants should be able to do initial designs for renewable energy systems.
Dates:
7-11 July 2008
